Kein Scherz: Wer mit dieser Armatur Warmwasser möchte, muss zuerst das Thermostat auf Eis/Kalt stellen und den Hahn dann von Voll auf Zu drehen. Möchte man es über 38°C haben -> Sicherungsknopf drücken und ganz bis zum Eissymbol drehen :DNein, ich habe die Anschlüsse nicht vertauscht (sind ja außerdem gut markiert) 😉 Und selbst wenn: Die Aufdrucke für die Strahlstärke wären immer noch verkehrt herum und die Sicherung würde einen dann vor Kaltwasser schützen, statt Heißwasser.Ich muss vermutlich einfach lernen mir die Symbole « von unten » zu denken, dann stimmt die Drehrichtung eigentlich wieder.Der Sicherungsstift auf der linken Seite hat übrigens keine Funktion..Ansonsten tut die Armatur was man erwartet. Auch die Verpackung ist nicht zu übertrieben groß und bis auf das Füllmaterial aus Papier/Karton.

Il miscelatore è molto bello esteticamente, è facile da montare e da usare, sulla parte sinistra c’è la manopola per regolare il flusso dell’acqua con il blocco salva consumi, mentre sul lato destro si regola la manopola che miscela l’acqua calda a piacimento. Il miscelatore è molto rapido nel fornire acqua in temperatura desiderata. La spedizione è stata impeccabile così come l’assistenza del venditore MOCHUAN, il prodotto infatti mi era arrivato con una copertura di rivestimento della laccatura mancante, e contattando il venditore mi ha risposto con rapidità e fornito assistenza spedendomi il pezzo mancante in pochi giorni.Sono davvero soddisfatto dell’acquisto, lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un nuovo miscelatore per la doccia e/o voglia arredare il bagno con un erogatore di acqua calda funzionale e allo stesso tempo con un bel design.

El grifo es bonito y tiene calidad de acabado pero recien puesto tuve que regularle la temperatura, desmontando el mando derecho y ajustando la posición de confort a 38 grados con un termometro ya que no venia regulada y salia muy caliente. La respuesta del vendedor inmejorable, se puso en contacto conmigo y me envió un repuesto a coste cero. Genial!

Je suis content d’avoir trouvé ce produit simple et pas cher, mais produit par Grohe.

Le mitigeur n’est pas très bien axé. Sinon bon matériel, même si il a fallu 3 livraisons et 1 retour pour s’en sortir et avoir le produit commandé en état.Merci tout de même au vendeur qui a fini par nous envoyé un article sans retour, nous apprécions ce geste commercial pour les tracas qui ont été causé.

Le mitigeur est très bien.Le pommeau de douche est OK, la pression moyenne.Le flexible, je n’aime pas ; il n’est pas vraiment flexible.Le support mur n’est pas réglable en hauteur, résultat: il faut percer d’autres trous car évidemment, l’ancien avait une longueur différente.Attention: l’attache du pommeau de douche est fixe, donc impossible d’orienter le pommeau lorsqu’il est sur son support. Grosse déception sur ce point.

I bought the Grohe unit because it quality plumbing kit, spares are available, so repairs are possibleEasy to install, very smooth operationMy only criticism is with the shower head holder that fits on the riser rail, very disappointed to find the holder does not rotate, so the handset just points 45° across, so have to buy another holder !For a unit of this price, Grohe are being a bit cheap with this part, also you will need to buy a separate soap dish

Works a dream. Really happy with the product and price. Other showers have metal handles etc whereas this one is plastic; but it looks metal. We have another shower which is all metal made by the sister company, just as effective. Great shower head with various spray options. Durable and easy to clean and rest shower products on.

Pipework in my house was the wrong way round, the hot water pipe was on the right and cold water pipe on the left. This device requires the cold water to be on the right and hot water on the left (which is standard). However as my pipe was incorrect If I installed it the correct way the thermostat system would not function for temperature control. Instead i installed it the other way round and worked as a gem. Great product similar ones cost like 60 pounds so a bargain. Happy with the product and overall service

Mitigeur efficace qui dure dans le temps. Super pour le prix, cela équivaut a une marque au vu de sa solidité et esthétique.

Le produit a l’air de qualité et facile à installer et surtout il peut être utilisé jusqu’à 3 bars de pression.

My old shower valve was just giving warm showers as the valve the (oblong control bar) had stopped working after 5 years constant use. This new bar was an ideal replacement, luckily I already had the fittings at the back so all I had to do was turn the water and boiler off, disconnect the shower heads then just unscrew my existing unit and pop the new one on which was exactly the same spec. The newer unit was a great price and value for money now we have nice hot showers again would definitely recommend this piece of kit and saved myself a lot of money rather than calling a plumber.

The thermostatic valve failed in my old unit and replacement valves were more expensive than this entire unit! It was a straightforward replacement for the old shower mixer and it works perfectly. The temperature control is fine and for the money, it’s unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this product.

I’m hopeless at DIY, but having seen a YouTube video on ‘how to replace your shower bar mixer’ I thought I’d give it a go. Next day delivery from Prime…then off I went to the bathroom armed with an adjustable spanner and full of nervous hope! Ten minutes later the job was done, quickly followed by the most luxurious hot shower I’ve had in months!! Temperature stayed constant throughout (something I’ve not experienced for a while) and left me wondering why I’d not done it a lot sooner. Nice piece of kit at a good price! If you can use a spanner YOU CAN DO THIS!

This was definitely one of our pleasant surprise purchases. We only needed a temporary shower set whilst waiting for the delivery of a more expensive set we ordered previously hence we were very surprised that at this cost the quality was high. The product is solid, easy and really nice to use.

J’avais lu des commentaires qui mettaient en évidence le bruit généré par le robinet et cela m’a fait hésiter… finalement j’en suis très satisfait.

J’ai acheté ce mitigeur pour remplacer un ancien de la même marque.Après avoir coupé l’eau il m’a fallu 5 minutes chrono pour installer le nouveau.Les boutons sont en plastique, ce que je trouve un peu dommage, mais sinon c’est un produit de belle qualité

Installé en remplacement d’un ancien mitigeur thermostatique Grohe après 25 ans de bons et loyaux services. Aucun problème, remplacement effectué en 5 minutes. Bon matériel, qualité au top, je sais que je serai tranquille pour une vingtaine d’années… Un petit défaut à mes yeux: On ne voit pas clairement le sens de réglage chaud-froid. Le marquage couleurs est très petit et sur la façade du mitigeur donc invisible à moins de se baisser. C’est un détail, il faut bien critiquer quelque chose…Contrairement à certains commentaires, aucun bruit de fonctionnement ( mon installation sanitaire est équipée d’un réducteur de pression)

Ich hatte extra diese Duscharmatur gekauft, da ich dachte bei einem namenhaften deutschen Hersteller ist der Service und die Qualität sicherlich nicht ganz so schlecht…Leider war dies eine Fehlannahme. Schon die Montage gestaltete sich als deutlich aufwendiger und komplizierter als bei meiner vorherigen günstigen Armatur.Aber gut mit Hilfe und vereinten Kräften bekamen wir sie dann doch montiert und dicht.Nun aber nach 3 Jahren ( Grohe wirbt ja groß mit 5 Jahren Garantie) funktioniert die Temperaturregulierung nicht mehr, also habe ich Grohe angeschrieben. Da sagen die mir ich solle doch bitte die Armatur ausbauen, komplett auseinander nehmen alle Siebe etc auf Durchfluss und Verschmutzung prüfen. Äh liebes Grohe Team ich bin zwar handwerklich nicht ganz unbegabt aber ich bin kein Sanitärfachmann! Das erste Problem ist dann schon ich muss dazu das Wasser in der gesamten Wohnung abstellen, wenn ich die Armatur also nicht mehr zusammengebaut bekomme habe ich womöglich einige Tage kein Wasser in der ganzen Wohnung. Wie soll das bitte gehen? Dann wieß ich auf die Garantie hin und bekam als Antwort die 5 Jahre seien schließlich freiwillig. Soetwas hab ich auch noch nie erlebt, dann werbt doch bitte auch nicht damit, wenn ihr dem Kunden dann diese nicht gewährt! Das ist in meinen Augen Kunden veräppeln…Da kenne ich deutlich besseren und freundlicheren Service. Da ich aber dachte komm investierst lieber etwas mehr in Qualität habe ich mich leider für Grohe entschieden. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal das ich von diesem Hersteller etwas gekauft habe. Ich arbeite selber im Einzelhandel ( Optik ) wenn ich so mit meinen Kunden umgehen würde, hätte ich schon lange keinen Job mehr.Das einst mal vielleicht tolle Unternehmen hat deutlich an Qualität und Service eingebüst. Wer keinerlei freundlichen Service oder Garantieleistungen erwartet der kann hier glücklich werden alle anderen sollten besser die Finger davon lassen!Update 06.05.2021Nun nach dem Ausbau der von Grohe ja angeordnet wurde und dem entkalken besteht das Problem weiterhin. Also wieder Grohe informiert. Die Antwort ich müsse eben einige Teile innen in der Armartur austauschen die aber laut Sanitärfachmann gar nicht defekt sind… Ähh das habe ich so noch nie erlebt! Ich werde garantiert nicht die komplette Armartur auseinandernehmen. Als Zweitlösung wurde mir angeboten den Werkskundendienst auf meine Kosten zu schicken?! Das finde ich die absolute Höhe bei bestehender Garantie!! und definitiv einem Garantiefall was auch ein Sanitärfachmann bestätigt hat!Das ganze geht nun zum Verbraucherschutz und Anwalt.Nie wieder Grohe!!!!

I fit loads of bar showers as a plumber. The fibre washer didn’t seal well and caused a drip from the compression nuts. Not had this problem before, not even with cheap budget showers. Wasted a lot of installation time. Eventually gave up and replaced the fibre washers with rubber 3/4″ hose washers. Not sure why Grohe continually still use fibre washers.The eco flow button is a waste of time. I generally wan’t the shower to be on full, why is there a need to only have it half turned on. It will just annoy you everyday having to turn on the flow and then remember to push the over ride eco button on the flow side.

On a un peu hésité mais excellent robinet qui se met rapidement à la bonne température

Facile à poser, plutôt de bonne facture et fait très bien le job. Reste à savoir pour combien de temps. Je l’ai acheté il y a 3 mois pour changer mon mitigeur qui datait de seulement 4 ans mais qui fuyait.

J’avais un mitigeur Grohe, la partie superieur pour la collone de douche ne correspond pas à celui de Grifema, Je ne trouve pas le manchon adequoit pour le raccorder.

This was easy to install and felt that it was well made. The temperature control did feel a little easy to move against the previous one that I had but will get used to it.

Por el momento funciona bien. Digo por el momento porque ya tenia un termostatico similar de la marca Sensea, comprado en el Leroy Merlin y después de 4 años empezó a fallar el cartucho con lo cual tenia perdidas de agua. Espero que este modelo me dure mas. Le doy 4 estrellas por que tuve que comprar una rosca reductora a parte para el acople con la barra de ducha.

Prodotto acquistato in warehouse a circa la metà del prezzo, montato e provato. Devo dire che rispetto alla foto, il prodotto che mi è arrivato ha le manopole al contrario, ma ai fini del montaggio e dell’utilizzo non cambia assolutamente nulla. Il prodotto è arrivato in una confezione un pò spartana ma visto il prezzo che l’ho pagato ci può stare tranquillamente tra l’altro le condizioni estetiche e di funzionamento dell’oggetto sono praticamente pari al nuovo. Spedizione amazon come sempre nella norma. Personalmente ho acquistato questo modello di miscelatore perchè avendo un box doccia piccolo ed essendo io fisicamente un pò ingombrante, mi ha risolto il problema dello spostamento involontario della leva del precedente miscelatore con la conseguenza che spesso mi ritrovavo di colpo sotto l’acqua fredda. Personalmente lo consiglierei.

Produit posé sans difficulté mais déjà après une semaine d’utilisation une fuite apparaît au niveau du robinet !!!Où est la qualité de la marque GROHE !!!C’est juste abusé !!Un retour quasiment impossible car on fait comment avec les enfants !!! Le temps qu’il parte et qu’il soit changé !!!Hyper déçu moi qui croyais prendre cette marque pour de la qualité !Pièce revu de la part de grohe bien sûr à monter soi même et toujours présence de cette fuiteExtrêmement déçu

L’article fuit au niveau du robinet d’ouverture/fermeture lorsqu’il est en position fermée. Nous avons tardé pour l’installer et du coup nous ne pouvons plus le renvoyer à Amazon. Sinon il est plutôt joli.

Lleva menos de una semana instalado (por un fontanero) y desde el ppio no ha alcanzado la temperatura de 38 grados, teniendo que llevar el mando a temperatura supuestamente mucho más altas para que no salga prácticamente fría a 38. Y ahora encima empieza a gotear por la junta donde se une a la manguera de la ducha.He reclamado a Grohe (me lo recomendaron como buena marca de grifos) y como no me ha gustado la solución que me dan, he pedido la devolución a Amazon

Prima di questo prodotto avevo un monoblocco a due mandate,acqua calda/Acquafredda ed avevo sempre il problema di continuare a regolare la temperatura dell’acqua, soprattutto quando c’era qualche altra utenza di casa accesa.da quando l’ho montato ho risolto completamente.prodotto arrivato in poco tempo,si coordina con il resto della doccia,uso intuitivo,facile da installare e soprattutto marca al top di gamma.lo consiglio.al momento sono completamente soddisfatto dopo circa un mese di utilizzo

A éviter si votre eau est très calcaire. Laisse beaucoup de tracesLe pommeau pluie est très bien, l’autre plus classique.

Beau produit mais à la première utilisation un gros manque de pression s’est fait sentir, je préfère gérer moi même ma consommation d’eau Ecoresponsable, c’est pourquoi j’ai fait sauter en deux minutes leur système EcoJoy.Deux bagues, une au niveau de la pomme de douche et une sur la douche Pluie du ciel.Tout va bien maintenant, la pression est revenue.

Avec cette colonne pas de douche froide;-)C’est du Grohe pour moi rien de mieux

Really great quality shower, with a lovely overhead shower experience. Overall I’m delighted with my purchase. I spent a lot of time looking at different options and I think this one provides a good balance of quality, value for money and a great experience.Pros- Decent pressure from the overhead shower, and the handheld is average. I have decent mains pressure but a low-end combi boiler (specifications say max. hot water flow rate of 9.6l/min) and the overhead shower is a delight – it provides a really good rain shower experience. I almost bought the bigger Euphoria 260 for the bigger rain shower, but the head on the 180 is plenty big.- Nice finish. Water marks just wipe off (so far)- Seems decent quality, all feels very solid- The thermostat is perfect. Goes to the right temperature in seconds and never scalds or freezes. You can turn it off and on again and it goes instantly back to the right temperature. It’ll also maintain the temperature if someone runs a tap.Cons- There’s not a massive range of sprays from the handheld. With an option for a more concentrated spray you might get more pressure.

Oh my goodness, I love this shower! Our plumber recommended Grohe products, and we chose this based on lots of good reviews.The pressure is brilliant, so you get a good flow even from the gentler « rain » head. The controls are very simple and clear (so no need to explain anything cryptic to visitors) and the switch between the two shower heads functioning makes a stop- click as you turn it, so you don’t get that annoying shock of water coming out from the other head when you’re trying to turn off your shower. And the attachment bar is long enough that we were able to fit the rain shower head high enough for our 6’5″ lodger as well as the angled head a good height for me (5’4″).

Beautiful shower, looks elegant and the spray from both overhead and hand held are fantastic. Don’t be tempted to buy the larger head, the 180mm is huge! Very happy 😃

I made the major mistake of purchasing shower taps that did not have a thermostatic control when we switched to a condensing gas boiler. Whilst it was possible to set the shower temperature it had to be constantly regulated depending what was drawing cold water when showering. After a few months I decided to purchase a thermostatic control and have never looked back. This control head is excellent and holds the temperature immaterial if other items in the house are using water, the controls are very easy to turn and it looks extremely well. Wish I had bought it first time round and not wasted the money on the non thermostatic taps, a rather expensive lesson that hopefully other readers can benefit from.

Our bar shower had been playing up for some time, the temperature was either luke warm or cold and it dripped continuously, so were were on the lookout for a replacement.After contacting a couple of plumbers and obtaining quotes in excess of £300 to replace ours we thought about looking at alternatives. After checking out the more known brands we stumbled upon this one due to its customer rating.It arrived very quickly and although the instructions were rather IKEA like, we watched a YouTube video and cracked on.It was installed within 5 minutes. I used a cooking thermometer to check the temperature and we were pleased that no adjustments were required.It has an eco function which limits water supply but I find this adequate for all your showering needs.My only niggle was that Amazon reduced the price by £30 the day after we had it delivered.Overall: super easy to install, looks clean and does what you want it to do!

J’ai une chaudière murale à gaz (condensation) et la température de l’eau est vraiment très stable. Le réglage de la pression est doux et précis, je suis ravi.Cerise sur le gâteau, si quelqu’un ouvre un autre robinet d’eau chaude dans la maison, il y a certes une baisse de la pression mais plus de choc thermique !

Un produit de qualité. Aucune surprise a l’installation (tous les joints sont fournis) et surtout un confort d’utilisation imbattable.

Needed to replace our aging bath/shower mixer tap as the temperature control had become very stiff and difficult to move. We have some Hansgrohe bathroom accessories that we’re very pleased with, and have used Hansgrohe taps when staying in hotels and thought them to be good, so decided to try one for ourselves.Fitting was straightforward enough, the tap looks good and all works well, EXCEPT that it didn’t shut off properly. The drip rate was very, very slow but this was a brand new tap from a quality manufacturer, so shouldn’t drip at all. I contacted Hansgrohe three times using the email address provided on their website and failed to get any response whatsoever. I ended up having to phone them and, to give credit where it’s due, they sent out a new off/on valve straight away with no quibbles. This was easy to fit and fixed the problem. No more drips.We are very happy with the tap but less so with Hansgrohe customer services. Bonnie was great on the phone but why give out an email address if you have no intention of responding to it? Very poor from that aspect.

Love this tap! Replaced a cheaper mixer tap that had stopped working. No more cold water shocks over the head when switching from bath to shower, no dripping in between settings, easy temperature control with gradual & comfortable change from cold to hot. Sleek, stylish, simple design. Mine is deck mounted and fits well with the pillar unions I had. I also replaced my shower hose – chain-like, stretchy and very difficult to clean – with the hansgrohe shower hose, which I can also highly recommend! Extremely pleased.

When my original thermostatic tap stopped mixing the water properly I wasn’t sure whether to hire a plummer (expensive), or simply buy a new tap and install it myself. I took the latter option and I have to say that this shower mixer is very solidly built and easy to install. Hansgrohe is a quality brand and I would buy more of their products in the future. Everything feels very well engineered.

Je regrette qu’il y ait qu’un bouton pour 2 sorties , car si vous ne dirigez pas le bouton vers l’extérieur dès l’ouverture , vous prenez tout sur la tête si vous tournez le bouton vers vous . Il faut juste s’y habituer . Sinon le mitigeur est très bien , maniable et surtout facile à nettoyer ,de belle qualité , bel inox (assorti à mes étagères )

Satisfait de ce mitigeur destiné à remplacer l’ancien sans changer toute la colonne de douche. Installation facile, les joints sont fournis et il y a même un petit rouleau de ruban Téflon pour l’étanchéité.J’ai dû ajouter un adaptateur 3/4 x 1/2 car ma colonne de douche n’est pas standard mais je l’avais vu au moment de la commande. J’ai par conte du régler le mitigeur car le réglage par défaut n’était pas bon du tout (position 20°c pour avoir une eau à 35°c)
